Igor Fonari
Country Director
Igor is an academic specialised in psychology and anthropology. He is passionate about exploring new ways for developing education in Moldova, which is one of the reasons he enjoys working for Teaching Abroad, as he is helping to bring Westerners into contact with Moldovans. Igor is a dedicated husband and a father of two teenage boys.

Victoria Gheorghiev
Desk Officer
Victoria has lived her whole life in Moldova, and is very passionate about her country. She completed her degree in Finanace in summer 2007 from the University of Moldova. She loves interacting with foreigners, and even worked in the UK for a summer before joining Projects Abroad. In her spare time, she likes to travel both in and around Moldova.
